I have contacted them on Facebook, Instagram, emailed, and called them about my dress exchange, and they still haven't responded.

I wanted to return it or get store credit, I was told the dress can't be returned or exchange and they recommend getting alterations or selling it locally. That is the stupidest thing a company would say to a customer, specially your new customers. Alteration would cost more than the dress it self and who do I look like to them selling dress locally.

Both Lynn the supervisor and Kathy the manager wasn't helpful, they both told me the same thing. I am never shopping here or would recommend to anyone. Tip for consumers: If the manager they have was able to solve the problem and considering person.

We get told this month that the wedding has now been cancelled so I email CS to see if there is any way we can return the dresses for store credit as they have been sitting in the closet untouched and unworn. I explained how we didn't see the wedding cancellation coming from back in March or April and if there was any mercy on their part with their return policy during these difficult times. They were not helpful at all with our situation even though they said they would do their best to help during these difficult times.

The dress we purchased is absolutely beautiful. The color was what we expected. The quality was great. The sizing chart did NOT match the measurements. My daughter is a size 2 and only 5'1" so length was not expected to fit , but her measurements said she was a large, which we went with gut and did not select.
