This is how I got the Key I stood on the far East side of the wolf Den on my horse and waiting for the "Blackrock Worgen Captian" to walk to the far end of the wolf den and charged straight in to the stump. I dismounted and grabbed the Key laying down on ground next to stump and mounted back up and ran out of Den ring. However you need to keep running far away from the Den circle so the wolves will retrieve back to their den without bringing you down off your mount.

There might be some of the Blackrock guys chasing you to that distance, but those are easy to take down, rather then the pack of Wolves chasing you. This worked for me quite well.

Hope it works for you. Comment by Good grief, it's not hard to do. The den is oval shaped and the Den Captain rides up and down the middle. Just follow his path down the middle and as long as you're not too close to him to aggro him, you'll be fine to walk. You won't aggro the sleeping worgs.
